This website is operated by Dana Lyn (aka Dana Lyn Jewelry).  Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dana Lyn.  Dana Lyn offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from Dana Lyn, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.  These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors and/or contributors of content.

We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete or current.  This includes pricing and availability information.  We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.  It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.  Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Return Policy 

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Dana Lyn jewelry.  If for any reason you do not fall in love with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or store credit.  We accept returns for goods in their ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition via prepaid insured mail within 5 days of receipt for exchange or store credit only. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.  For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount.

You may receive a store credit for the amount of your purchase less shipping charges which can be used towards other Dana Lyn merchandise. 

Special ordered, custom-made pieces and sale items are not returnable.

All sales are FINAL on INTERNATIONAL / CANADIAN orders.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on International or Domestic orders. 

Exchanges/store credit are accepted for items purchased on www.danalyn.com only.

Dana Lyn reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

To start a return/exchange, please email: info@danalyn.com to receive a Return Authorization # (RA#).

We do not refund for lost or undeliverable/unretrieved packages.

Dana Lyn is unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure when placing your order.

Dana Lyn is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Dana Lyn, and will incur a reshipment fee.
