All jewelry purchased within the last 6 months that experiences breakage or missing stones caused by manufacturer defect is eligible for free repairs and return shipping.

We can only accept repairs for items purchased on Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase.

Repairs needed after 6 months from purchase date, or deemed to be caused by improper handling or misuse, will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense (typically $25 + $10 shipping).

Please note the following:

  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
  • Your repair will be processed within 2 weeks of being returned to Dana Lyn.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or repairs.
  • All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
