SHIPPING RATES FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders are shipped insured via USPS with signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase.  Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only.  All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.  Orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days unless the piece is made to order.  In that case, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery or more if noted in product description.  If for any reason Dana Lyn cannot process your order within those timeframes, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Continental USA Ground: FREE
Continental 3 Day: $15
Continental 2 Day: $25
Continental Next Day Saver: $50

Alaska or Hawaii Ground: $20
Alaska or Hawaii 3 Day: $30
Alaska or Hawaii 2 Day: $40
Alaska or Hawaii Next Day Saver: $80

Shipping Outside the United States: International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $30.00.  Delivery times are estimated to be 14-21 business days, but delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. International orders are shipped USPS and tracking is currently unavailable for orders placed outside the United States.

All international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees levied by the destination country and the recipient is responsible for paying these fees.  We are not responsible for any problems encountered with delivery due to customs’ procedures or clearance.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees).  Dana Lyn is unable to provide refunds for international orders if a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender.

All international orders are final sale.
